Return Policy

At Arnica Nursery, we strive for the highest customer satisfaction and quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes situations can arise where you want to return a product. Below is our return policy.

Non-returnable products

Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned.
Homemade opened products: For health and safety reasons, opened homemade products cannot be returned.
Plants: Plants cannot be returned. Please let us know if something is wrong with the shipment. Then we can discuss how to fix it.

Returnable products

Unopened products from the Twinkeltje: Unopened products can be returned by agreement. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Procedure for returns

Contact: Within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us at [contactgegevens] to discuss your return request. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Approval: Wait for approval of your return request. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return your product.
Shipping: Send the approved return product to the return address provided. The cost of return shipments shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Refund: Once we receive the returned product in good condition, we will refund your purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method.
